Private personal training sessions are unique and designed specifically for each individual. At Mac Grant Fitness we work with clients of all ages, sizes, and physical abilities. We are experienced and knowledgeable when it comes to injury and injury prevention. We help our clients work through any physical limitation while helping them get stronger and feeling their best.
With both private training and semi private training we use various training methods to aid in weight loss, core strength, stability, heart health, flexibility, and overall strength.
