Private personal training sessions are unique and designed specifically for each individual. At Mac Grant Fitness we work with all ages and physical abilities. Private personal training sessions can be one-on-one or semi private.  Sessions take place at our studio located in down town Santa Barbara. We use various training methods to improve strength, stability, heart health, balance, and overall core strength.  Through personal training clients become stronger, fitter, happier, and more motivated individuals.
