Sore the Core- Home Workout

Here is a short core workout that you can do in the comfort of your own home! All you need is a towel and slippery floor. The perfect core workout for on the go moms and those who don’t have time to make it to the gym.

Boat Sit Up– lying on your back, legs down and straight, hands behind your neck, round up into a full sit up at the same time bring both your knees in towards your chest, when you go back down open legs out to the sides at the bottom without touching them to the floor and repeat!

Towel Ab Roll Out-Β Start in kneeling position, place both hands on a towel in front of your knees, slowly slide your arms forward taking your torso with you, slowly pull your body back up to starting position and repeat! Feel the burn from this exercise for days!

Oblique Sit Up-Β Lying on your side, legs are stacked on top of each other, bottom arm is lying flat on the ground, top arm is behind the neck, roll up into a full side sit up engaging the oblique ab muscles and bring both legs up to meet the elbow, roll back down and repeat! Wittle your waistline with this intense move.
