6 Week Session: Unlimited access to all group classes for 6 weeks! ALL classes are full body workouts and incorporate a broad variety of training techniques including circuit training, strength training, and cardio training using equipment and body weight. Our goal is to keep your heart rate up for the whole 45 minutes! Some of the equipment our classes incorporate are kettle bells, stability balls, TRX, medicine balls, dumbbells, resistance bands, boxing bags, spin bikes etc. Classes are ALWAYS fun and geared for alls levels of physical ability. Every class is different to make it fun and dynamic. You never get bored at Mac Grant Fitness! Class size ranges from 10-30 people to ensure each person gets the attention and form correction they need. All classes are located at The MAC GRANT FITNESS Studio at 508 Laguna Street. All classes are 45 minutes in length and are held at different times each day to offer more options and flexibility (See CLASS SCHEDULE). Full body diagnostics are taken during the first week of the session and again in the last week to measure progress (Not Mandatory). At MGF you will find welcoming people and positivity!
